Punta Campanella, ai confini della Penisola<\/strong><\/p><p>Il Sentiero, che inizia dalla piazza principale di Termini, frazione di Massa Lubrense, offre splendide viste sull&#8217;affascinante Cala Mitigliano, Capri e il golfo di Napoli. Attraversando paesaggi rurali ed uliveti, atmosfere romantiche si cammina fino ad incontrare una torre medievale e alcuni resti di mura romane e un moderno faro. Da qui si inizia a salire verso il Monte San Costanzo dove sorge il Monastero San Costanzo, punto di snodo dal quale \u00e8 possibile prendere le scale che portano al punto di partenza o continuare a scendere sul sentiero che dopo un tratto in piano conduce lungo il lato est del Monte San Costanzo e termina nella piazza principale di Nerano (Borgo di Massa Lubrense).<\/p><p>Difficolt\u00e0: Le pendici del vulcano sono ricoperte da boschi di pino e di leccio, oltre che da una rigogliosa macchia mediterranea, mentre nel cratere si pu\u00f2 osservare il fenomeno dell\u2019inversione vegetazionale. Dalla cima del vulcano un sentiero scende vero il Lago d\u2019Averno, l\u2019unico lago d\u2019acqua dolce dei Campi Flegrei, il pi\u00f9 ricco di avifauna migratoria e nidificante, con l\u2019adiacente Lago Lucrino (di natura salmastra). Costeggiando il Castello Arechi si giunge alla Collina di Saragnano, una balconata naturale che si affaccia sul panorama circostante. Proprio questa collina ospita il punto focale del percorso, che \u00e8 sicuramente la Cornice del Principe, una vera e propria finestra che offre una vista mozzafiato sulla citt\u00e0 e sul Golfo, Mit einem moderaten H\u00f6henunterschied von nur 210 Metern k\u00f6nnen wir eine herrliche mediterrane Macchia in der N\u00e4he der Palinuro-Klippe, einen wundersch\u00f6nen Strand, genie\u00dfen und uns dem ber\u00fchmten Arco Naturale und dem Mingardo-Felsen n\u00e4hern. Die integrale Route beinhaltet zun\u00e4chst eine Abfahrt vom Strand, der sich n\u00f6rdlich von Palinuro erstreckt, um etwa einen Kilometer bis zum Hafengebiet zur\u00fcckzulegen. Von hier aus kann man \u00fcber eine bequeme Stra\u00dfe zum Vorgebirge von Palinuro hinauffahren, die zuerst im Au\u00dfenbereich und dann am Leuchtturm das Panorama der gesamten K\u00fcste bewundern Der Name leitet sich von den Ruinen mittelalterlicher Eisenh\u00fctten ab, Strukturen, die f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung des Minerals verwendet wurden. Der Weg beginnt in Pontone, einem Teil der Gemeinde Scala, und endet direkt in Amalfi. Die Route ist nicht anstrengend und entwickelt sich zwischen W\u00e4ldern, B\u00e4chen und Wasserf\u00e4llen sowie den Stromschnellen des Rio Canneto. Dieser diente einst als treibende Kraft der M\u00fchlen der alten Papierm\u00fchlen, wo das ber\u00fchmte Amalfipapier hergestellt wurde. Auch heute noch ist das Papier sehr gefragt und einige Exemplare sind im Amalfi-Papiermuseum zu sehen. Im Tal kann man noch die Ruinen der alten Papierm\u00fchlen aus dem 12.
