Any cancellation of the services requested by the customer must be notified at least 24 hours before the agreed date. Only in this case the entire cost of the tour will be refunded. In all other cases, nothing will be due.
The Company reserves the right to change itineraries and / or timetables due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, rough seas, etc.).
The Company is not responsible for any closures of museums, archaeological sites and is not responsible for strikes, delays, irregularities in city traffic or of any other type, damage caused by third parties or force majeure.
The Company is not responsible for any changes in the prices of inputs or increases in the cost of services. In the event that such exceptional circumstances prohibit the execution of the service, the Company will refund the customer all the money paid, but no other compensation will be.
The Company is not responsible for any loss or theft of guest property during the tours.
THE PRICE OF AN EXCURSION INCLUDES: what is indicated in the single product sheet.
The payment for the requested service will be charged to the credit card indicated in the booking procedure 3 days before the service. Up to this date and time it is not a deposit. Once the deadline of 3 days before the transfer has expired, the latter must be paid even in the event of non-execution. In the event that the booking of the transfer should take place in less than 3 days from the same, the payment will be immediate. The customer can cancel his reservation completely free of charge no later than 3 days after the start of the service. Cancellations received after this deadline will be subject to payment of the cost of the service. The cancellation of the reservation must be done by e-mail. CO.A.VE confirms this cancellation by e-mail. In case of non-receipt of the e-mail confirming the cancellation of the service, contact the Booking Office CO.A.VE.
THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT OR FULL DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD, bank transfer or cash.
The services can be booked 18 hours before the REQUEST FOR POLICY DATA FOR CANCELLATION:
- FULL REFUND 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE SERVICE.
- REFUND of 50% of or DEPOSIT 12 hours prior to the SERVICE date.
- IT IS COMPULSORY TO CANCEL A SERVICE VIA E-MAIL.
